Food Cravings and what to eat.<

Food cravings are an important signal to the body when depleted of certain nutrients and minerals. So no, craving chips and pop doesn't mean that you actually need those food, they may mean you are deficient in a specific nutrient. Here is a useful guide to what those cravings mean, and the healthy foods to target those deficiencies. <<

There are so many factors that go into food cravings (ie. psychological factors), that this is probably mostly bull. Also, if's someone is craving recreational drugs, handing them some seaweed is probably not going to cut it.<< August 21, 2007
